WHY ARE THOU CAST DOWN.....OH MY SOUL??

When the chance for a bright future  seems bleak

and when others around look down at me

I look within me and say,

" why art thou cast down...oh my soul ?.Hope in God".

When all my efforts goes unnoticed

and dreams remain unfulfilled,

I look within me and say,

" why art thou cast down...oh my soul ?.Hope in God".

While all my friends reach the success sky

and i stand waiting for a chance to fly,

I look within me and say,

" why art thou cast down...oh my soul ?.Hope in God".

When rejection is all I face,

feeling all alone, carrying disgrace,

I look within me and say,

" why art thou cast down...oh my soul ?.Hope in God.

For the God I trust says 'for I know the PLANS for you, 

plans to prosper and not to harm you, 

plans to give you hope and a FUTURE... 

then WHY ARE THOU CAST DOWN ...OH MY SOUL ??
